KVCD notch matrix is champion (again)!

When we did the original KVCD matrix (followed by the "Notch"), we did test all the matrixes in CCE, and all the ones that float around the net. So we designed it "benchmarking" quality/filesize against all of them, until the results were better than the others. So I guess that still holds true
