Professional SVHS VCR as seen in pics, comes with power cord and adaptor for BNR to composite video output.
Local pick up in Toronto Canada area free.

Has it been thoroughly tested for bad caps?

These should all be looked at:
- TBC (brightness, darkness, chroma noise)
- chroma
- IRE / brightness
- LED dimness
- emitting PSU noises

Those all should be evaluated. Otherwise it'll be a hard sell. A problem deck is automatic $350 extra for a repair, and getting those repairs in Canada has thus far proven tricky.

I don't know how to measure those but projecting on a monitor the picture looks normal.

At very least, see if the image darkness/brightness changes at all when the TBC is turned on/off. Any change, no matter how minute, is a sign of an imminent caps fail.
