I ran the video with the Deshake filter in Hybrid and got horrible results. Actually made the jitter worse. Just used the default settings, but it doesn't look like that will work for me....

The projector does not have variable speed control, but the camera does an excellent job of matching the frame rate. In all the reels I scanned, there was no flickering on any of them.
