Hi!
I have a Sony camcorder CCD-TR805E, Hi8. I want to transfer old recordings to my PC. I have bought Elgato Video Capture.
On my camcorder the tape playbacks fine with both audio and video. When connecting the camcorder to my PC using composite cables (red, white, yellow) Elgato gives a good audio but no video at all.
The same result when testing on other PC and also when testing with other composite cables. No success using S-video cable. The CCD is set to output.
Any ideas what I could try to get a video signal working?
