Blaupunkt RTV 820 HiFi cassette eject?

Hi

I am having issues with ejecting a cassette on my device.
There is no remote control. (It needs remote control codes or if there is an android application. I searched but couldn't find it)

First the cassette came out but sometimes it doesn't open. I uploaded a video. I kindly ask for your help. No one could repair it. There is a very valuable device cassette spiritually.

It's not clear to me if other functions works: play, stop, ffw&rew, etc.

If yes my first suspect is flat cable that connect front panel. Or even simply the eject button not work.
