Does Panasonic DMR ES18 have a TBC that could fix video issues and audio issues?
If yes I should buy this cuz in my value it cost a 4000 rubles (around 40-50 dollars)

I have this since 2023. And yes, it has TBC-ish passthrough.

I haven't got the chance to compare it yet to my ES10, but I'd peg it at the same level as ES15 (assuming the EZ48 is the same, which I had).
