Panasonic VCR model: NV-HD680AM

Can anyone offer any advice as to the quality of this VCR for converting old VHS tapes . Its available in very good condition but im not sure if its up to scratch for doing a good quality conversion . thanks

Good quality is subjective. That said, this VCR in my opinion is not suitable for serious capture and conservation. It's basic consumer model, not even SVHS, lacks TBC, mechanical chassis is propably not very stable, etc.
