Hello, I have had a Tevion DVD Maker for a while and I was wondering if it's any good. I know that some Tevions are ATI clones and some are pretty bad, but in my tests mine is alright. I have attached pictures of the device itself, the model number, and the chips on both sides of the motherboard. It has an Empia EM2860 bridge and a Philips SAA7113H video decoder.

No, that is low-end unit, not an ATI clone, barely better than an Easycap/Ezcap.
