I must combine mulltiple short films to a bluray for an upcoming film festival. Typically the videos are 1080p 24 abd 23.97 some sre 25 fps. What is the quickest and most affordable software to encode them as bluray i do not need any menu.

Thanks

Recommend using Movavi Video Converter, it supports every video format out there, so there should be no quality loss thanks to its encoding algorithms. You can grab it here https://www.movavi.com/videoconverter/
