Using Womble MPEG Wizard to edit the video, I'm having problems with the "sound line editor".
Using the sound line editor, I would cut, (not delete, just cut between the area where I want to edit the audio) use the sound line editor to fade either in or out using markers (pionts) and then the audio would not play during playback.
Or, I should say, sometimes the audio would play, and sometimes not.
After each audio edit, I would save the file, so saving is not the problem.
It seems this is sporadic!

I've never used this program, but I'll look at a trial (if one exists) and see if I can recreate the issue.

I do know that the fade utilities on Womble MPEG-VCR would often crash my Windows ME system, but work fine on my Windows XP Pro system.

Did you get a chance to try to recreat this audio fade problem? There is a 30 trial on Womble's website.

I've not been able to re-create the problem. Still testing.
